I had Barry's help finding and purchasing a home when I moved to Paso Robles, CA. I was so pleased with his knowledge, proffessionalism and demeanor that I used him to sell the same home several years later when I moved out of state. Barry is incredibly easy to work with, knows laws well, has good referrals and is a delight. Not only would I never hesitate to use his services again, I would refer him to friends and family without hesitation.

We moved to the Central Coast area as the result of employment relocation. Over a five month period, we looked at 40 or more houses! Barry was very personable, knowledgeable (he's lived and worked in the area for decades), and most of all PATIENT. From day one, he was committed to finding us the right property - and he did. We have happily been living in our forever house for 3-1/2 years thanks to his effort and expertise. He gets our highest recommendation! 

Barry was a professional first and foremost. He was very knowledgeable of the process and the real estate market in all areas I was interested in exploring. He had an abundance of resources to assist me along the way and kept me informed at each step. He was never more than a phone call away if I had questions or concerns. When I did find my dream home, Barry was genuinely excited for me. He was there on moving day to greet me and offered to help in any way he could. Barry was AMAZING! He helped my wife and I buy our first house while my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first child! We were never stressed, pressured, or hurried by Barry ! He listened to what we wanted and were looking for and scoured the county to find our perfect home! I could go on and on about how great him, and his wife Sheri, are! But I’ll break it down into quick points -Barry is knowledgeable- he had so many trick and tips that helped us search for the perfect house, place bids on a house, and red flags to look for -Barry is punctual- we never had to wait for him with anything. He was early to any meeting, met every deadline ahead of time , and if he did expect delays he let us know ahead of time (it always ended up being on time but he would at least give us a heads up if it might be delayed) -Barry is there for you- any time we needed him for a question or to inquire about a house we saw, he was available! He never pressured us for a house that was not in our parameters we set, and he would be open and honest about the house vs it’s price . If you’re a first time buyer , a seasoned home buyer, or need to sell, I would highly recommend Barry to my family , friends, or anyone reading this review! Our home search was rather difficult as we lived 200 Miles away and had a pretty tight list of what we were looking for. In today's market you have to move fast as properties are being snapped at a record pace. Barry would send us prospects, we would look and see if we were interested, and if so he would arrange for a tour or on many occasions did a video tour for us. When it came to making an offer, he is very thorough and walked us through every step. During the counteroffer process his guidance due to his years of experience helped us secure the property that we wanted without going crazy upping the offer. Barry is the most competent Realtor we have ever worked with. If you are selling or buying, Barry is your guy!

Barry was the silver lining of 2020. He is the most professional agent we have worked with and incredibly knowledgeable about the Central Coast market. He is truly invested in his clients and was a pleasure to work with. Barry is the man! 

Barry helped my wife and I when we were given a 50 day notice to move across the country with the military. It took a couple weeks and multiple offers on different homes to get an accepted offer in this intense market, but Barry’s skills and knowledge as a realtor helped get an accepted offer, helped us find a loaner, and made sure we were able to close and move into the home in exactly 30 days. Barry and his wife are a great team!

When we knew we were going to sell our home we were lucky to meet Barry Brown. He is very knowledgeable about how things were selling in our area and helped us price our home. When we knew our home was selling we needed to find a realtor in the state where we wanted to buy another home. Barry researched for us and the realtor he found turned out to be just as great as Barry. So we were happy with the sale and found a new home where we now live in Arizona.
